Club Administration Positions

The club needs assistance with behind the scenes administrative tasks to help make the season run smoothly. To do that we need volunteers for the positions listed below. Please consider volunteering by contacting [email protected].

Uniform Coordinator

The uniform coordinator is responsible for ordering and distributing all club apparel including player jerseys, coach shirts & any other apparel as needed. Responsibilities included but are not limited to:

  • Work with Registrar to determine # of player jerseys & coach shirts needed per team by size.
  • Work with vendor to place order, including payment.
  • Pick up order from vendor once ready.
  • Sort and organize jerseys and coaches’ shirts by team.
  • Distribute jerseys and coaches’ shirts to teams before the first game.
  • Organize and handle the “swaps” (wrong size).
  • Manage and organize the uniform storage unit in the shed.

Coach Certification Manager

The Coach Certification Manager will assist the Director of Coaching by distributing, administering and recording the required training and certification material as created by the Director of Coaching. Responsibilities included but are not limited to:

  • Distribute and make accessible training and certification material to coaches.
  • Maintain records of completed training and certifications.
  • Follow up with coaches on completion of material.
  • Communicate to the Director of Coaching the overall status of coach training and certification.
